Life gets busy and we’ve been through A LOT in 2020. As a life/career coach, there are a lot of conversations I have about how to make life “better”. Most people say they want to reach/surpass their goals, but aren’t quite getting there.
But here’s the thing…
It’s not just about “goals“; it’s about the FEELING your goals give you. If you reach a goal, but it doesn’t make you feel anything—- what good is the goal? Do you know why your goals are what they are? Do you know how you’d feel when you reach those goals?
Remember that the things you do that aren’t goals also give you feelings…
You have to intentionally plan for a feel-good year in order to have one.
